1. Warm-up: Sit in groups of two to four and read page 539 in the text book. Answer this question: What is Orthographic Drawing? (10 minutes) After you answer this question, look at the images to the left and construct it out of yellow blocks.

2. Do example A on page 540. Open activestudio and create graph paper on the page.

3. Do example B on page 540. Import isometric graph paper from here, on page 8 of this PDF file. (Use import under file, and remember it is on page 8. I will show everyone on the whiteboard.)

4. Do the activity on page 541.

March 26th, 2009

1. Please read page 531 in the textbook.

2. To solve problem 1 it can help to have a pair of scissors. I will solve problems 2 and 3 on the whiteboard and post it here later.

3. Please solve problems 3 through 9. Work together, focus, these word problems are hard.

4. I have manipulatives if anyone needs that to explore a problem.

5. Anyone who can come up with a nice idea for a video solution to one of the problems we will do that and post it here.

5. We will do problem 10 on page 525 as a class.
